They show how diverse maritime professions really are: from container ships, freighters, tugs or research vessels, from the bridge, the engine room or the shipping company’s office.
Sometimes it’s about leaving the harbour, sometimes about steering on the bridge, precision in the engine room, organisation on land or teamwork at sea.
They share their insights primarily on Instagram, on the VDR channel @reederverband: sometimes in a reel, sometimes in a story, sometimes with strong images and honest texts. This makes visible what shipping is all about: responsibility, technology, internationality and real perspectives.
